How are the canvas prints packaged?

Framed canvas prints will come packed in a box and protected by a strong foam wrap in order to secure the package.

Does my canvas come framed?

Yes! Every order will come framed, and ready to hang on your wall straight out of the box. (You do have the option to order just the print, but you will have to message us for that)

How long will it take to get my order?

Your order may take up to 10 business days to arrive (U.S.A), depending on your location, our processing time is about 1-4 business days, and we ship through UPS.  Orders outside of the U.S.A can take up to 15 business days to arrive.  We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as we ship your art, this way you can have updates, every step of the way!

What printing technology and canvas do you use?

This is what makes us different from the competition! We use top of the line Inkjet Epson Printers, and semi-gloss poly-cotton canvas. Our prints are water resistant, humidity and heat resistant also! (Other suppliers use water based ink printers, these types of prints don’t have a long lifecycle and are easily damaged)

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel or change any order within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the print will already have gone into production meaning you would have to receive, it and send it back. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for return shipping charges.

Can I return my order?

Yes, our goal is to provide the best service, if you don’t love your print we offer a 30 day - 100% Money Back Guarantee! Just contact us via e-mail at support@vivacanvas.com to let us know ahead of time. You will be provided a return address and further instructions.  The print must be in NEW, undamaged conditions in order to return it. Please keep in mind that we do not cover return shipping costs and we highly suggest that you use UPS/FedEx to return your print.

My canvas arrived damaged, what now?

If your canvas does not arrive in good condition, we will take care of replacing it in no time and at no cost to you! Just notify us, and please send us multiple pictures as we need them to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We also ask for you to keep the package as it arrived, as sometimes the carrier picks up the damaged prints from your location.

Are your sizes in Inches or Centimeters?

All of our prints are in inches, this is the conversion to centimeters:

12 x 16 (Inches) = 30.48 x 40.64 (Centimeters)

24 x 18 (Inches) = 60.96 x 7.09 (Centimeters)

40 x 30 (Inches) = 101.6 x 76.2 (Centimeters)

48 x 36 (Inches) = 121.92 x 91.44 (Centimeters)

If you choose a panoramic style print:

30 x 12 (Inches) = 76.2 x 30.48 (Centimeters)

40 x 16 (Inches) = 101.6 x 40.64 (Centimeters)

48 x 20 (Inches) = 121.92 x 50.8 (Centimeters)

60 x 24 (Inches) = 152.4 x 60.96 (Centimeters)

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

If you’re interested in buying 6+ pieces, contact us at support@vivacanvas.com with the quantity and sizes and we will get you a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Paypal and Amazon Pay. If you would like to pay with a different method, contact us at support@vivacanvas.com.
